Burns Archer Realty Pty Ltd requests certain personal information which includes your name, phone number, email address, address and property details, in order provide you with the services requested by you which may include a market appraisal for the sale or rental of your property or to transfer the management of your rental property to BAR. Without such information, we may be unable to provide the services requested by you.

We will disclose the information you disclosed to the BAR agent/representative who will contact you in relation to the market appraisal and sale or management of your property. Your information will be added to our databases. Your information may be added to our email marketing list in order to provide you with other information that may be of interest to you. This will involve disclosure to third parties who manage our databases and email marketing.

Our privacy policy contains information about how you may access the personal information we hold about you and information about how to seek correction of such information, if necessary.
